What happens after you book?

    Tell us the questions you want answered every morning. You leave with an estimate and a start date.

  2. Quote and data check

    The quote is free. The first paid step is a data quality check, taken off the price if you move ahead with the build. If the measures aren’t agreed yet, we scope them first.

  3. Agree the numbers

    We agree which numbers matter and what each one means with the people who decide. Then you click through a working dashboard on your real data.

  4. Live

    Most dashboards are done in 4–8 weeks. It runs on your own systems or in the cloud, updates when your data does, and what we build for you is yours.

FAQ

What people ask before they book.

Do we pay for a quote?

No. The quote is free. The first paid step is a data quality check of the sources the dashboard reads, taken off the price if you move ahead with the build: you get written findings and a data cleaning estimate, and nothing else starts until you approve. On a Snapshot, the check is part of the price. If the measures aren’t agreed yet, or people disagree about what to track, scoping comes first: $750 for half a day or $1,500 for a full day, also taken off the price.

Can we see it on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser, so it works on a phone, a tablet, or a computer, with nothing to install, in the office or anywhere you can connect to your network.

How often does it update?

It updates when your data does, and there’s a refresh button when you don’t want to wait. How close to live it runs depends on how your source systems hand over their data, and we work that out as part of the quote rather than guessing on the call.

Where does it run? Do we pay to host it?

It runs on a server on your own network, or in the cloud when all your data is already there. Either way it’s yours: we don’t host it, and there’s nothing to rent from us. We can install it, or walk your IT through it.

What if our data is a mess?

It usually is. That’s what the data quality check is for: it finds out how deep the mess goes, and you get written findings with a data cleaning estimate before anything starts. Obvious formatting is fixed as part of the build; real cleaning is its own quoted piece of work, and you approve it first. We can also fix how the data is captured in the first place, so what arrives downstream is clean and ready for analysis.
