  2. 5–10 minThe problem. You describe the report, number, or process that’s costing you time.
  3. 10–15 minThe details. We ask about your systems, where the data lives, and who uses the output.
  4. 15–20 minThe answer. Which offer fits, or a straight no if none does. You leave with an estimate and a start date. A written quote usually follows within a couple of days: sooner for a single report, longer when there’s more to price. If it needs scoping first, we agree that on the call.

Quotes are free. Reports and dashboards start with a data quality check, and scoping comes first when what you need isn’t settled yet: $750 for half a day or $1,500 for a full day.
